T5 FAQs

I didn't receive a payment, why do I have income showing on my T5?

Although our investments only pay out periodically, they start growing and accruing interest immediately after you invest. This interest is an increase in the value of your investments, even though you don’t have the cash in your pocket yet, and is reported on your T5.

I'm not able to log in to view my T5?

If you haven’t received the Member Zone welcome email and reset your password, you will not be able to log in. Contact us for help setting up your account. Common explanations include: your welcome email went to a spam folder, or you share an email with a spouse or child and can’t be set up as unique individuals.

I get a strange message when opening my T5?

Some investors have opened T5’s and received the following message: “This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document.” This is just an complicated way of your PDF reader telling you that the PDF used to be editable (when we filled it out to send to you) but now it isn’t (we locked it so you can’t change anything).
