On February 28, 2017, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 2.25% or $0.1125 per $5 Class A Preferred share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2017 for all shareholders of record on February 28, 2017. The 2.25% quarterly dividend declared is consistent with the targeted annual payout rate as disclosed in the Offering Memorandum dated November 27, 2014. Future dividend declaration remains solely at the discretion of the Board of Directors with the desire to continue on a quarterly schedule should the financial results of CED Co-op continue to support such payments.
Dividends will be paid on March 15, 2017. For those who have requested electronic funds transfer via email, or direct deposit via their Kindred Credit Union account, your dividend will be paid in this manner again.

If you would like to visit us and pick up your cheque, feel free to drop by the office Wednesday, March 15th between 2pm and 5pm. We are located at 1633 Snyder’s Road East, Petersburg Ontario. Please bring identification in order to pick up your cheque. At 5pm any cheques not picked up will be sent out by mail.
