Join us Saturday, September 16th as we celebrate the first anniversary of the roof-top solar system owned by CED Co-op and Balnar Management at 104 Dawson Road in Guelph.
Since generation started in October 2016, this 250 kW solar array has generated over 200 MWh of energy – equivalent to saving 80,000kg of CO2 or planting 265 trees! Every day it continues to generate clean, green energy for Ontario, and financial returns for our investors.
Drop in between 10:00am and 2:00pm. You can view the system and learn how solar power works from our team of experts.
We will have hamburgers and hotdogs on the BBQ at 11:00am, followed by the official ribbon-cutting at 1:00pm with Lloyd Longfield, Member of Parliament for Guelph, and Liz Sandals, Member of Provincial Parliament for Guelph.
